City of Wilmington to close roads for veterans parade
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The City of Wilmington has announced road closures in preparation for the Southeast North Carolina Veterans Parade. Pre-parade festivities will begin at 10 a.m. on Nov. 8 along Third Street, with the parade starting at 11 a.m. It will begin on Third Street and end around Market Street.
