CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Cedar Rapids police say a Cedar Rapids man was arrested after he stole merchandise while posing as a police officer and was caught breaking into a store.
Jason Ross, 55, was booked into the Linn County Jail Tuesday on charges of impersonating an officer, theft, burglary and possession of burglar’s tools.
