CENTER POINT, Iowa (KCRG) – The Center Point-Urbana Community School District officially kicked off a massive wave of campus improvements with a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday morning.
The multi-phase project focuses heavily on enhancing campus security alongside major renovations to the district’s athletic facilities.
District officials said the immediate focus will target student safety, adding new secure entrance additions and remodeling the main entryways at both CPU Middle School and CPU Primary School. Once the summer sports season ends, crews will begin overhauling the district’s athletic fields…
