CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Riders of the 380 Express may have noticed changes to their commute starting Monday morning.
The 380 Express is a bus service that runs from Cedar Rapids to Iowa City. About 500 people ride the bus every weekday, officials say about 65% of riders go to either Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids or the University of Iowa Healthcare Campus in Iowa City.
