A New Restaurant is Set to Open Soon in Johnson County

A brand new restaurant with a big outdoor patio is headed to Tiffin! Get ready for pizza, burgers, pasta, and more at Cornerstone Pub!

About Cornerstone Pub

According to the business’ Facebook page, Cornerstone Pub is owned by two brothers, Dellis and Bruce Miller. Their mission for the new restaurant is simple: “good food, cold drinks, and a place people actually want to hang out.”

Cornerstone Pub is located at 1111 Parkside St in Tiffin on the ground level of the Ventnor apartment buildings. The new restaurant has been posting updates on their progress since March, showing off some of the details of the space. Features include an interior brick archway, garage doors that open up to an outdoor patio, and wall decorations that serve as little tributes to the brick and masonry history that helped build the area.

The Menu

Cornerstone Pub hasn’t posted a full menu yet, but they have shared a few early looks at some of their offerings. For example, the appetizer preview includes Brisket Street Corn Nachos, Dill Pickle Cheese Curds, Butter Chicken Poutine, and Deviled Eggs. As far as entrees go, the restaurant will have several different pasta options, chicken and steak dishes, burgers, and two different styles of pizza: New York and Chicago.
