CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A pet grooming franchise that began in Arizona is expanding to Iowa.
Sparkle is looking for franchise partners in Iowa as it anticipates bringing 17 locations to the state. The company plans to open its first location in Bettendorf before expanding to Iowa City.
