IOWA CITY — A Denver, Colorado, man is accused of using someone else’s personal information to lease an Iowa City penthouse, then leaving behind nearly $14,000 in unpaid rent and damages.
In early 2022, Antonio D. Carlton, then 19, was granted a penthouse lease for RISE at Riverfront Crossings, racking up a $13,870 bill in unpaid rent and damages, according to a 2024 Johnson County criminal complaint.
