CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Leadership at Isaac Newton Christian Academy held a groundbreaking Tuesday for an expansion project that adds a new two-story fine arts wing.
The addition is 9,300 square feet and will have two music rooms, two art rooms, a technology lab, and office space.
