IOWA CITY, Iowa — Nearly two years after an Iowa City woman was shot and killed, police have arrested a suspect and charged him with murder.
ICPD said Christine Blount, 38, was shot and killed in the alley behind the 600 block of South Lucas Street. Investigators put out multiple press releases asking for tips to help them find the person responsible.
