LINN COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – An i9 Investigation is looking into claims of a driver repeatedly confronting and following motorists across Linn County, with multiple videos appearing to show the same vehicle involved in separate incidents months apart.
One of the videos, recorded in March, came from Spencer Schwab, who said he was riding in the passenger seat of his father’s truck as they drove along 1st Avenue in Cedar Rapids.
