CEDAR RAPIDS — Cedar Rapids is one step closer to completing a “critical” piece of its flood-control infrastructure.
City Council members on Tuesday approved the proposed plans, specifications and form of contract for the Eighth Avenue bridge replacement — a $123 million project that’s been a decade in the making.
