CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man accused of starting a brush fire that led to damages to two properties in March has pleaded guilty.
David Mathison was charged with reckless use of fire after starting a 35-acre fire without a permit on March 30.
