CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Daniel Doyen, the man accused of assaulting people randomly on the northwest side of Cedar Rapids is set to have a plea hearing.
Doyen, 25, of Cedar Rapids, faces three separate cases with charges of assault and willful injury over several days in March of 2025.
