IOWA CITY, Iowa – Beth Goetz is officially introduced as full-time athletic director at the University of Iowa Tuesday. She is making Iowa Athletics history becoming the first woman to hold the position over all sports at the university. Dr. Christine Grant was the athletic director of women’s sports at Iowa back when there were two different positions for men’s and women’s sports.
