CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Some residents at Westhill Village Apartments made the move out of their long-term home on Friday. This comes after residents in 3 of the 5 buildings there got a 30-day notice to move out. This week, people living in the other two buildings got the same notice.
