JEFFERSON, Iowa (WOWT) – Iowa authorities confirmed Tuesday night that the 7-year-old sought by way of an Amber Alert on that afternoon has been found and is safe. According to a Tuesday night news release from the Iowa Department of Public Safety, 34-year-old Brandon Duong is in custody and is facing one count of first-degree kidnapping. He will be transferred to the Green County Jail.
