(Cedar Rapids, IA) — Cedar Rapids is one step closer to having a new police chief. The Civil Service Commission met Tuesday to narrow the list to four candidates. A police Lieutenant in Nebraska; a police captain in Las Vegas; a deputy chief in El Paso, and the only internal candidate, CRPD captain David Dostal.
