CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – You still need some assistance to get warm in early February, and we just don’t have it out there today. Clouds rolled in from the east today, and have kept our temperatures from warming all that much from morning lows. We may still see a few degree increase through the rest of the afternoon on Friday, hitting the mid or upper 30s in most cases. While this is significantly cooler than Thursday’s record-breaking readings, it’s still above normal for this day on the calendar.
