Iowa City – It’s the second day of the University of Iowa (UI) Dance Marathon, and locals in Iowa City are — raising the roof — for a good cause. The dance marathon is a 24 hour fundraising marathon where students dance to help raise money for the UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. They celebrate children that are also survivors of cancer and pay tribute to kids who passed away throughout the year.
