CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – In a TV-9 follow up, We’re learning new details about a homicide investigation in Cedar Rapids. Police arrested 30-year-old Charmisha Pirtle on Friday for allegedly killing a man last week. Pirtle is charged with second degree murder and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. She’s accused of killing 29 year-old Anthony Fitts. He was found injured outside of an apartment last week. He later died at the hospital.
