An Iowa City transient was arrested after allegedly smoking marijuana in the laundry room of an apartment building. Police were called to the 300 block of South Clinton Street on reports of someone smoking in the laundry room. The responding officer reported smelling burnt marijuana immediately upon entering the building. He located 32-year-old Yshan Rogers, who reportedly was actively using a “one-hitter.”
