(Marion, IA) — A man is facing several charges after a standoff with police in Marion on Saturday. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance around 8:30 Saturday morning in the 1400 block of 44th Street. Officers were threatened with a gun at the scene. A man and a woman were barricaded inside the home, but after several hours, officers were able to de-escalate the situation and take the man into custody.
