MARION, Iowa – A Marion man arrested Saturday morning following a standoff is accused of threatening officers with a loaded shotgun and threatening to kill his girlfriend. Nickolas Childress, 22, is facing seven charges including harassment, domestic abuse, and assault on a person in certain occupations while displaying a weapon.
