It’s a seasonally chilly morning across Eastern Iowa with wind chills below zero. Actual temperatures will rise into the upper 20s and low 30s today with wind chills only reaching the 20s. However, despite the cold, we’ll have plenty of sunshine for the entire day. It will also be quite windy today with gusts up to 30 possible.
