A North Liberty woman was taken into custody Wednesday night after being charged with her second OWI. Deputies reportedly stopped 32-year-old Rebecca Moore just after 11pm for multiple lane violations and for going below the posted minimum speed limit. Upon contact, Moore showed several signs of intoxication including bloodshot watery eyes, dilated pupils, unsteady balance, slurred speech, and the odor of ingested alcohol. After performing poorly on field tests, chemical testing allegedly showed her BAC at .258 percent.
