CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – We’ll be sunny & mild on both Sunday and Monday, however showers and storms will return starting Monday night. It’s a gorgeous morning across Eastern Iowa with sunshine, and both dew points and temperatures in the 50s. This afternoon will be beautiful with lots of sunshine, highs in the 70s and dew points staying in the 50s. It will be a perfect afternoon to spend some time outside whether you’re at Dock Dogs’ Family Day at Kingston Stadium or just enjoying a bike ride. Overnight we’ll have a mostly clear sky with lows dropping back into the 50s. Monday’s forecast also looks spectacular with highs in the mid 70s with mild dew points and sunshine.
