OXFORD, Iowa (KCRG) – A crash is blocking westbound traffic on I-80 near Oxford. The crash is in the median just to the west of the on-ramp to Black Hawk Avenue NW. Images from Iowa DOT cameras show a longline of vehicles stopped in the westbound lanes with vehicles getting off on the Black Hawk Avenue exit.
