Cedar Rapids, Iowa – – Chris Bishop, a Cedar Rapids resident, said he is one of many who have experienced harassment and unwelcome visits from door-to-door solicitors. After suffering a stroke, Bishop said he found the frequent and unsolicited visits particularly overwhelming. Despite placing “No Soliciting” signs on his property, he said solicitors continue to disrupt his peace.
