CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Cedar Rapids Police say a 13-year-old boy is recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg. First responders were called to the shooting in the 1800 block of A Avenue NE just before 9:00pm Saturday night. The young teen was treated on scene then taken to a local hospital for additional treatment. Authorities say his injury was not life-threatening.
