LINN COUNTY, Iowa – A large fire was reported Sunday afternoon at Wendling Quarries along Blairs Ferry Road. From our Broadcast Park Skycam, the intense smoke was visible from miles away. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to the scene around 4:00pm Sunday at 6101 Blairs Ferry Road.
