CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Police in Cedar Rapids are asking for help finding a missing 14-year-old boy. Carter Hermanson was last seen at 2445 Hillcrest Road in Dubuque at around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Hermanson is described as a White, male, 5′ 06″ tall and 130 pounds.
