CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – An Oelwein man was arrested Tuesday after police say he led them on a brief car chase in Cedar Rapids. According to a criminal complaint, the chase started after an officer tried to pull Travis Harris over for speeding at the I-380 northbound ramp from Blairs Ferry Road NE.
