Another restaurant in Cedar Rapids will be shutting its doors in the very near future. Acapulco Seafood & Grill just opened its doors back in early May at 2925 Williams Pkwy SW, the former home of Vivian’s Soul Food. After about three months in business, the restaurant revealed in the Cedar Rapids Area Foodies group on Facebook yesterday (August 7th) that they will be closing their doors this week. The post reads:
