CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A professor of criminology said police worn body camera footage should be made more available to the public, but it’s not happening in Iowa. “When we make it so damn difficult to get the footage, we’re losing that key part of it which is to be transparent,” said Dr. Eric Bronson, a Criminal Justice Professor at Roger Williams University’s School of Justice Studies.
