Developers announced on Tuesday that a new hotel is coming to downtown Cedar Rapids under the AC Hotels by Marriott flag. The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the new hotel will be part of the Kingston Yard development west of the Cedar River. It will be located along Second Avenue SW in the Kingston Yard Development along with Big Grove Brewery and the Pickle Palace. The Gazette reports that Kinseth Hospitality Companies and Kingston Hotel Associates made the announcement after closing on the land Tuesday.
