CORALVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) – The federal Summer EBT program gives low-income families $120 per child in food stamps to buy groceries when school is out for the summer. This summer Iowa families who would qualify didn’t get the benefits because governor Kim Reynolds opted out of the program for summer 2024.
