CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A native in Our Town Decorah is colorizing what were once black and white photographs of his hometown. Larry Peterson returned to Decorah in 1998 after living out of state. He says he was inspired by something he saw on the History Channel, where old photos were being colorized.
