CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) -A healthy downtown that continues to grow is a reality in Our Town Decorah. The community of around 8,000 people takes pride in it’s vibrant core. Mayor Lorraine Borowski says it takes a village. She credits partnerships between businesses, the Chamber of Commerce, city leaders, and tourism to make it happen.
