IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Iowa City officials want to put restrictions on the sale of tobacco products in city limits. The process of changing regulations started back in May when the city put a pause on issuing any new tobacco licenses until next year. Back then, the city manager said officials would use the break to do a deep dive into what exactly these stores sell and if there are any safety concerns.
