CORALVILLE, Iowa – The Eastern Iowa Walk to Defeat ALS returned to Coralville today as hundreds gathered at the Hyatt Regency in the Iowa River Landing. It’s all in an effort to raise money for research and to help find a cure for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, a neurological disorder the takes away a person’s ability to walk, eat, and ultimately, breathe.
