HILLS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Iowa City Community School District and the city of Hills are in agreement on the demolition of the Hills Elementary School building. The district and city leaders announced the decision in a joint press release Wednesday, saying the decision was made after considering other potential uses for the building and the costs for renovations.
