One person is hospitalized after being shot twice in southwest Cedar Rapids. Police were called to the 6600 block of Kirkwood Boulevard SW just before 3:00pm Saturday. When they arrived they found a victim had been shot twice. Authorities say they are expected to recover. Later, police arrested 24-year-old Seth McGraw of Cedar Rapids. McGraw is now charged with:
