CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – More than 70 years after the Korean War, combat veterans came to Cedar Rapids to hold their annual reunion. The 39th Infantry Scout Dog Platoon hold their reunion every year over the Labor Day Weekend. Because most of the outfit was from the Midwest, the veterans take turns hosting the reunion in their hometowns.
