CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Cedar Rapids crews rescued a dog that was locked in a vault Wednesday morning. According to a press release, firefighters were called to a commercial office building in the 1900 block of 1st Ave East at 10:35 a.m. for a report of a dog locked in a vault.
