OXFORD, Iowa – The water buffalo that was on the loose for days in Pleasant Hill has now settled into his new home at the Iowa Farm Sanctuary. The water buffalo, better known as Phill, arrived in Oxford Wednesday from Iowa State University. He was being taken care of by veterinarians after he was shot by Pleasant Hill Police.
