CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – With businesses in New Bo hampered by construction, Cedar Rapids leaders are set to launch a program aimed at helping. Ideal Theater and Bar posted on Facebook that its sales have dropped by 80% since a construction fence went up as part of work on flood protection systems. That fencing blocks off Ideal and Kickstand on 16th Avenue SE and is slated to be up til Thanksgiving.
