Dubuque Mayor Brad Cavanagh was sworn in as president of the Iowa League of Cities Executive Board at the league’s Annual Conference and Exhibit this week in Sioux City. He’s taking the position that was previously held by Cedar Rapids City Councilmember Ashley Vanorny, and his term is set to run until September 2025.
