It is always sad news when a restaurant announces they are closing. But it is amazing when that restaurant announces a short time later that they will re-open for business!. It is very rare when a restaurant comes back from the dead, so to speak. But that is the case with Bo Mac’s in Cedar Rapids. Last month, the restaurant located at 219 16th Ave. SE announced that they would close as of Sunday, August 25th. Fans of the establishment were understandably upset. At the time of the closing, Bo Mac’s did mention that they still owned the building. Now it appears that closing was only temporary.
