Growing up on a farm in Eastern Iowa, we didn’t have an ice cream truck that roamed rural areas in the summer. The closest thing we had was when the Schwan’s man would show up. That is what we called him, anyway. Apologizes to the many women who have delivered for Schwan’s over the years.
