IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – One of two people charged in a crash that killed a woman in Iowa City, is pleading guilty. Court documents show Elijah Seals entered an Alford plea to one count of Homicide by Motor Vehicle – Reckless Driving. An Alford plea means Seals is not admitting guilt, by acknowledges that prosecutors have enough evidence to get a conviction.
